Test Description/Objective

The purpose of this test is to verify that the LAM station location displayed on the map corresponds to the actual station location. This test ensures that the information provided to users is correct and reliable.

Test Steps

Step No. Step Description Expected Result
1 Open the Tukko website and click show station data The website should load with the map and LAM stations visible
2 Select a LAM station on the map The station's information should become visible after clicking it
3 Obtain the location of the selected LAM station The location is displayed in the station's information
4 Compare the obtained location with the displayed location of the selected LAM station The displayed location should match the actual location
5 Repeat steps 2-4 for other LAM stations on the map Each selected LAM station should have the correct location displayed

To be taken into account during test

  • Ensure that the LAM station markers on the map are clearly visible and distinguishable.
  • Use accurate and reliable sources to obtain the actual location of the LAM stations.

Test Result (Pass/Fail Criteria)

  • PASS condition: The displayed location of each selected LAM station on the map matches the actual coordinates obtained from reliable sources.
  • FAIL condition: The displayed location of any selected LAM station on the map does not correspond to the actual coordinates, indicating an inaccurate representation of the station's location.
