Team Introduction

We are a team of highly motivated engineering students from JAMK with drastically varying personal backgrounds when it comes to previous working experiences on the field and personal interests. Significant efforts have been made to ensure that each member of the Mysticons team can contribute as much as they are willing to and that everyone feels like an important part of the team.

After getting to know each other, we decided to form two teams: Open source & Palo Alto oriented team. Members were distributed to teams based on their personal interests, previous experience and our assignment’s needs. This approach ensured that no ‘expert’ is able to ‘steal’ WIMMA Lab from other members.

Individual introductions

Aarne Salmi LinkedIn

Hello, I'm an operative cyber security handyman with long working experience. My personal interests are Red Teaming, wireless attacks as well as the architecture behind multicluster deployments and configurations in Kubernetes. I'm excited to be a part of WIMMA Lab and aside from leading Mysticons, my focus is also designing, deploying and configuring our open source SOC architecture, overseeing the project and helping the Mysticons team to be as ready as possible for a real working environment within the given timeframe.

Petteri Stjerna LinkedIn

I'm Petteri Stjerna, a DevOps architect at Mysticons. I have always been interested in computers and automation. Being able to get familiar with practices and tools used in modern DevOps workflows at WIMMA Lab is going to be a great learning experience for me.
