Observations and Notes
Test steps 2-4 in test case TC-21-002 did not yield the expected results, as it is a valid scenario for a user to have multiple active sessions simultaneously across different tabs, browsers, and devices. This behavior has been discussed and approved by the project manager, and in the case of test step 4, it is even considered desirable as the data should persist between different tabs within the same browser.
